Immediately following our visit with you and after discussing the project at hand, we will construct a proposal based on competitive bids from our suppliers while staying within budget. A project schedule will be introduced to best fit the client’s needs. Once all terms are agreed upon, a contract will be generated.
DESIGN AND BUILD
Dolphin Construction believes working closely with each client, the design team and key tradesman will provide expert constructability guidance. This will foster a work environment that simplifies free form and structured information exchange between all parties involved.
CONSTRUCTION
Dolphin Construction’s goal is to complete projects on time, on budget and all to the client’s satisfaction. Because we build collaborative, long-term relationships with subcontractors, they work with us in reaching this goal.
